BIRTH DOULA
Every birth is different and therefore I aim to tailor my package to suit your specific wants and needs. As your doula I am there for both the mother and family to provide emotional and informational support. Ensuring that you going into your birth feeling confident and well supported.
Birth packages include:-
1 initial meeting free of charge to get to know each other and answer any questions regarding having a doula. This meeting is also important for you to find out if I am what you are looking for. A client must gel with her doula and be on the same wavelength
2x 2 hour antenatal visits – these are to be arranged around 26/28 week and then again at 36/38 weeks. These will take place in the comfort of your own home on a day and time that suits you.
On call 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week from 10 days before your due date until the birth.

1 post natal visit following on from the birth
During the 2 ante natal visits we will cover your birth preferences. This enables me to truly understand what you would like your experience to be. We will also run through the practical elements such as getting to hospital.
I am also able to offer my services to accompany the mother to appointments. Be it with her midwife or obstetrician, when a second pair of ears is appreciated.
